Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Cresio Labs for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Cresio Labs offers three engagement types:

• Audit & Scope (“The Blueprint”) — A fixed one-time fee engagement that delivers a technical roadmap, database schema, edge case mapping, risk assessment, and a fixed-price quote for the build.
• Zero-to-One (“The Build”) — A fixed project price engagement delivering a complete, production-ready product within 4–8 weeks.
• Growth Scale (“The Retainer”) — A monthly subscription providing ongoing support, security patching, weekly deployments, and 10–20 development hours per month.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement before work begins.

All prices are fixed and agreed in writing prior to the start of any engagement. Payment milestones are defined in the project agreement. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

Late or failed payments may result in a suspension of active work. Cresio Labs reserves the right to withhold code deliverables until outstanding balances are settled.

Upon receipt of final payment for an engagement, the client receives 100% ownership of all deliverables — including source code, GitHub repositories, Vercel and cloud accounts, database schemas, and all associated API credentials.

Cresio Labs retains no ownership rights, license, or claim over the work product after transfer. The client is free to modify, distribute, or sell the work without restriction.

Both parties agree to keep project details, business information, proprietary processes, and technical specifications confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

Cresio Labs is not liable for:

• Outages or failures of third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, cloud infrastructure)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss caused by the client's own infrastructure, misconfiguration, or actions
• Business losses arising from client-side decisions made after project handoff

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.

Cresio Labs may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes via a notice on this website. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
