Technologies

The Challenge

Modern teams struggle with tool fragmentation — chat here, tasks there, files somewhere else. This context switching kills productivity and creates blind spots where important work falls through the cracks.

The client needed a platform that could genuinely replace multiple tools while feeling fast and intuitive. Key challenges: real-time sync, AI integration that actually helped, and mobile experience that matched desktop expectations.

The Solution

We built a real-time collaborative platform with Next.js 16 and TypeScript for type-safe development. MongoDB handles flexible document storage with embedded real-time listeners. NextAuth v5 provides secure multi-provider authentication.

The frontend uses Framer Motion for smooth animations and dnd-kit for drag-and-drop. AI task decomposition leverages MiniMax API. PWA architecture ensures offline capability and near-instant load times.
